At sunrise in a graffiti-tagged plaza, Quibble corners a confused bagel-cart vendor, brandishing a comically oversized clipboard while smug bystanders peek through a chain-link fence layered with spray-painted murals.

The vendor's point of view: Quibble's clipboard fills the sky like a legal eclipse, each tab and sticky note turning the bagel cart into a maze of arrows, stamps, and red circles.

Hours later inside Gus M.'s corner shop, the oversized clipboard has been photocopied, annotated, and accidentally turned into a neighborhood poster while Gus, Nora, and the vendor study it like a strange treasure map.

By sunset, the plaza fence displays a huge new mural based on Quibble's violation diagram; Marcy Pike calmly inspects the mural permit while Quibble realizes his clipboard has become the thing everyone came to admire.
